style=\"text-align: center;\">These buttery yeast-raised buns are from the Cornwall, in the west of England.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The spice saffron gives the dough a warm yellow color.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cinnamon or nutmeg adds a touch of spice to these buns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"line-height: inherit;\">Dried currants and bread with currants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is made and served mainly in the south of England.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It has many names:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lardy bread, lardy Johns, dough cake and fourses cake!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A unique ingredient is lard, used instead of butter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">People often shy away from lard, an animal fat, but it has been found<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">to have a lower proportion of saturated fats than butter!<\/p>\n<p Brith is a bread from Wales that is actually more like a cake.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In the Welsh language its name means &#8220;Speckled Bread&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is made either with yeast or self-rising flour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is flavored with tea, dried fruits and spices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Often the dried fruits are soaked in tea before adding to the dough.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is a favorite of Prince Charles of England!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is served in bun&#8211; or what is often called a teacake in England.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A yeast dough includes the rich ingredients of cream and eggs, similar to sweet brioche breads of France.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sall Lunn is served warm and sliced, with butter&#8211; what could be more delicious?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">When made as a large round
